Dr Tammy Boyce, Research & Policy Consultant
An experienced and dynamic Research and Evaluation Consultant and Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering high quality research projects at local, national and European levels. With experience leading and delivering qualitative and quantitative projects in health and social care, inequalities, sustainability and social inclusion as well as facilitating knowledge exchange between those creating evidence and those creating policy.
Tammy combines her expert knowledge with a flexible approach and creative thinking to provide a range of consulting services.
She is currently working with Professor Michael Marmot's team at the Institute of Health Equity researching and writing Health Equity in England: The Marmot Review 10 Years On, a collaboration with The Health Foundation.
She is also working with the WHO European Centre for Environment and Health researching interventions that are reducing inequalities in environmental health.
In 2018 and 2019 Tammy worked for the WHO European Office for Investment for Health and Development, in Venice, Italy. She led a project examining the Economic and Social Impacts of health systems, examining how hospitals and health systems can be anchor institutions. During this time she also was one of the lead authors of the Health Equity Status Report, published in 2019.
